All orders for SEC Heat Exchangers are subject to acceptance and approval.
All sales are subject to "SEC Terms & Conditions of Sale", which may include a prepayment clause.
All "in stock" heat exchangers will ship from inventory within 2 to 4 working days.
All "custom orders" are shipped in 4 to 10 weeks depending on the complexity of the product.
Unless specified by the customer shipping methods are as follows:
Small items less than 150 lbs:
To Canadian destinations, via Courier "Expedited ground" normally 1 to 3 days transit time.
To U.S. destinations via 'UPS' "Air" service, 1 to 3 days depending on location,
all customs charges and documentation is handled by SEC Heat Exchangers.
Larger items over 150 lbs:
To destinations in Canada and the U.S. all goods are shipped via standard truck service 3 to 5 business days.
INSURANCE
Goods are considered the responsibility and property of the customer once they leave the SEC premises.
Shipments can be insured at a chargable cost of approximately $1.00 per $100.00 of product value.
